Thank you for shopping with TheParidhanam. We aim to deliver premium-quality Print-on-Demand products with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our Shipping & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All products are processed after your order is confirmed.
  • Since many of our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), processing may take 2–5 business days.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotional offers.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier details
  • Shipment updates via email or SMS

You can track your order directly from the courier partner’s website.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.

TheParidhanam will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address details
  • Failed deliveries due to unreachable phone numbers
  • Re-delivery charges (if applicable)

Returns Policy

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective or misprinted item
  • Missing items in the package

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues due to incorrect selection
  • Change of mind Minor color variations caused by screen settings
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Products damaged after use or washing
  •  

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Original tags and packaging should be intact
  • Clear unboxing photos/videos may be required for verification

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

Once your return request is approved:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Wrong products delivered

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for printing/shipping.

Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible because POD products are custom-made.
